Dear Parishioners

Words cannot express my gratitude for your presence at and contributions to the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of my Ordination on Sunday last.  The celebration was obviously well planned and organised but without my knowledge.  I was totally in the dark being away in Lourdes for the previous week.

I wish to thank everyone in the parish but particularly those who organised the Church Ceremonies, the Choir, the Mass servers also Msgr. Dan O'Connor for his eloquent Homily – the Presentation and Food provided in the Parish Centre.  My family were also loud in their praise of St Joseph's Parish. What can I say but Thank You. Your overwhelming generosity has put all thoughts of retiring out of my head. With  God's help and the Archbishops assistance I hope to spend some more years in Glasthule.
