Parish Notes, 24th June 2012
Many of us know that Fr. Kennedy is celebrating the 50th anniversary of his Ordination to the Priesthood this year and will celebrate a special Mass with his family present next Sunday July 1st at 11.30 here in St. Joseph's Glasthule. Monsignor Dan O'Connor will preach at this Anniversary Mass.
We would like to give Fr. Denis a gift from the parish and to this end a special collection will take place after the Masses TODAY at the exits of the Church. We thank Liam Madden, chairman of the Pastoral Council for organising this event for us.
Obviously if you wish to leave a gift in the Parish Office during the week, it will be very welcome.
